The Shrawley Bell Ringers meet for practice every Monday evening at St. Mary’s Church, Shrawley. Gardening club
Welcome to Shrawley Gardening Club.The Club usually meets in Shrawley Village Hall, 7.15 for 7.30pm, on the fourth Tuesday in the month and has a wide range of visiting speakers. When not meeting in the Village Hall, the Club arranges visits to an eclectic mix of gardens from National Trust properties to wonderful private gardens.Membership is £12 per year which includes a 10% discount at Cooks Garden Centre, Stourport, on production of your membership card. Non-members are always welcome. Jujitisu and Kickboxing
We are The Kajuen Ryu and we do Aiki-Jujitsu and Kickboxing. We are at the hall every Sunday morning starting at 9:30 am. We accept students from the age of six with no upper limit. Our Jujitsu is heavily focussed on the reality of self-protection and considers the specific challenges facing different ages and genders. Our Kickboxing is a sport. We don’t charge for the first class and classes are just £5 per person.We are as COVID safe as is possible for any activity. PILATES
Pilates (Pi-lart-ees) is a system of exercise that focuses on conditioning your core abdominal and back muscles, so improving overall posture, muscle tone and flexibility. It is now being used not only as an excellent form of non-impact exercise and stability training, but also as a very effective form of rehabilitation for low back pain and sports injuries.Your class will be taken by Mindy Davey, a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates teacher. Classes run in blocks which approximately follow the school diary.
