Shrawley has a fantastic village hall as I am sure most of you know, starting off as the local school and ending up as a venue that is used from Jujitsu to quiz nights to theatre and more. The Shrawley History Society have a great page explaining its history with some photos and an interview by a gentleman who recalls going to school there.

BUT!! did you know that you can also use the hall too?

If you event does not charge a fee, and is open to everyone in the village, and by agreement of the Trustees of the village hall, then use of the hall is free.

If you are running classes or want to have a party there, then hire starts at £12 per hour, you don’t need to hire the whole hall, it can be opened up and sectioned off to meet your requirements. It also has state of the art projectors and microphones for talks or films, wifi, hearing loop etc. Tables and chairs are available too, along with a large kitchen ample parking and full disabled access

For further information please contact shrawleyvh@gmail.com for more details and to check availability. It is a great village asset
